In todays' scenario, the buzz word all around seems to be " Employibility". Most of the factors that constitute employibility are attainable but what about fitment?

Do you have what it takes to be successful? You have a computer tech. degree, doe it mean you need to only look at technical jobs for yourself?

Success in todays highly competitive marketplace would depend on how well you are able to synergize your personality with the "personality" of the the job being done? You might have what it takes to be an excellent sales guy but because you have a computer technology degree the chances are you are looking at a technical job.

We are about to introduce for the first time in India the concept of " Career mentors". We intend to use psychometric tools and personal interaction to first make you discover yourself and then we will work with you to identify and equip you with the right tools to become successful.

Are we going to be a training company ? NO!!! We will not enforce you to take any training. we will only suggest and discuss why you should take a particular training in a particular field and leave the option of where to take the training to you. Of course we will help you decide if a particular agency is giving the right training or not.

The plan is to be involved with you at all stages of your career launch and ensure that you start your journey to being successful correctly in the right field.

Do you think this would be a beneficial service to you? If you need any more information, please email me. Our corporate website is being made and should be up in a week or so.
