Which part of the country are you located in? this is to understand the availability of companies in ur region to guide you.
Usually for telecom, companies such as Wipro, Motorola, Siemens, HAL, BEL, take for projects, any project you can do. I'm a IS Passed out, maybe some one from Telecom will be able to help you more.
