Job Description Your responsibilities would be as follows:

• Providing overall Secretarial Assistance to the CMD
• Looking after office correspondence (independently).
• Scheduling business appointments for the CMD
• Handling travel arrangements, which includes booking (hotel and air) and making itinerary.
• Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes of meetings.
• Making weekly reports.
• Inter departmental co-ordination etc.
• Ensuring smooth co-ordination with various departments.
• Management of office in the absence of CMD
• Taking Care of Administration etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
You need to have min 2 years of experience working as an executive assistant to the top management ( CMD/CEO/COO/CFO etc)You should be smart , confidence and be able to manage the office in the absense of the top managementYou should possess very good written and spoken English skills and be willing to travel all across India as and when required.
