Job Description

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the implementing specific project designs utilizing Energy Solutions Proprietary pipeline modeling software. The successful candidate will be involved in configuration of installation and testing at the clients' sites and providing consulting assistance and training upon completion of a project. He/She will participate in the technical execution of the work and will be required to participate in presentations to clients. Projects will consist of on-line leak detection and pipeline modeling work.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement customized software solutions based on Energy Solutions' pipeline modeling software. Configure, install and fine-tune Energy Solutions'pipeline modeling systems. Train operators at clients' sites in Energy Solutions' software applications and technology. Analyze project requirements compared with the capabilities of Energy Solutions' products. Provide consulting services and training to clients. Extensive travel required.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Degree in Chemical Engineering and experience in pipeline design or operations.
* Zero to Two years experience in pipeline operations, pipeline design, pipeline software, pipeline hydraulics, pipeline modeling and leak detection systems.
* Knowledge of software systems applications.
* Strong background in pipeline hydraulics.
* Experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation and process control.
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran programming Languages, a plus.

Business knowledge of natural gas marketing and transportation would be a plus.
