Job Description:
We are looking for the professionals with minimum exp of 6 months as a BPO - Sales , Domestic Sales , BDE for our US Process.
This role requires a high degree of curiosity and creative thinking, as well as strong negotiation skills.
Candidates will be involved in Sourcing CVs, technical screening, negotiating rates, Hiring W2, Corp-Corp, HIB, 1099consultants, manage the hiring & feedback process for the candidates.
The role is responsible for the entire Recruitment process of US Staffing right from Consultant Sourcing (different methods), submitting, interview and negotiation, ECS to PO release

The role would report to respective Business Heads and capture requirements from the Business Development Team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Well versed with Monster, Dice, Hot jobs etc.
• Sound knowledge of Sales.
• Preferred Vendor interaction or Direct Client interaction an added advantage.
• Quick TAT and reasonable ECS to PO ratio is expected.
• Candidate looking for Day Shift Need not Apply, Wiling to work in permanent Night Shifts.
• At least 6 months rich experience in Any Sales.
• Sound understanding of technologies.
• Should believe in working smartly rather than hardly.
• Fresher with good communication & selling skills with technical qualification can also apply.
