Generating leads and Business for the Organization. *Client Relations *Advertising and Brand Promotion Set up supply chain management systems that effectively and consistently cater to business requirements. Track Service levels and costs at all touch points. Vendor development and management build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure that their performance Consistently meets/exceeds business expectations. Institute proactive material planning and procurement processes to ensure enough availability of material on time with minimal inventory costs. Management of inward, outward and reverse logistics to ensure optimum cycle time for each activity. This will include management of customs, warehouse and CFA operations. Building a highly motivated and functionally competent team. Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and ensure adherence to the same. Inward logistics- imports, custom clearance-water , surface and air. Warehouse management (overseeing outsourced operations)- managing material movement, auditing material etc.
