Unethical behavior of buisness houses

Why are many buisness houses percieved as acting unethically? It may be that the concern people are not even aware that they are doing something qestionable.There is no worldwide standard od conduct for the buisness people.

Another possible reason for what is often percieved as unethical behavior lies in diffence in values between buisness people and stakeholders.Some buisness people may believe that profit maximazation is the key goal of their firm,where as concerned interst group may have other priorities.
