Threat to Indian BPO industry

China has limitation in terms of English-speaking capability. Mexico is good for low-end jobs. Canada and South Africa are costlier than India. In order to overtake India in BPO, they will have to overcome these disadvantages.

Do you think there is a threat to Inian BPO industry from them.

N ot atleast for the next 15 years. After that may be yes, but i'm sure we will be a super power ourselves by then.
