Name Of Post: Coordinator Corporate Communication

Pay Scale : 12000-375-16500

Qualification and Experience: Two years full time postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or equivalent professional qualification in corporate communications with At least 12 years Post qualification relevant experience
Age* : Not more than 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
Transfer (absorption) Basis: Person from Central / State Government/PSUs/autonomous bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis
OR
Having 5 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.10000- 325-15200
Person from Central / State Government / PSUs / autonomous bodies possessing the qualifications and experience for direct recruitment specified above
Skill set:
  • A strong analytical and process oriented mind
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills and fluency in presentation and documentation skills.
  • In-depth Knowledge of emerging standards in corporate communication, corporate image and identity creation, usage of electronic media for communication & public relation functions such as publicity through Press in large & reputed organization preferably in government sector.
  • Ability to coordinate and produce video publicity material like Films with agencies, Production of publicity material like posters, calendars, diaries, greeting cards etc.
  • Astute knowledge of computer based technologies used in print and production of graphic material like paper, print processes, usage of computer softwares used by Graphic artists and the terminologies used in trade.
Role:
  • Evolving norms and standards within C-DAC for corporate communications and develop the corporate image.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all the Units of C-DAC to collect content and deliver the assignments given.
  • Assist the Centre heads and Units to create an appropriate set up at the Unit level for Corporate Communications and fully exploit C-DAC’s goodwill and build its image.
  • Working with advertising agencies & various media such as press, television, radio etc
  • Liaison with relevant agencies, Organising visits & handling protocols.
  • Handling Media planning& press conferences, Maintaining public relations
  • Writing articles, news items and features for the radio, television & press.
  • Production of publicity materials like posters, diaries, calendars, Video Films, greeting cards etc.
(2) Position Code: PNE/CHO/801
Name Of Post: Chief HRD Manager
No. of positions: 1
Pay Scale: 14300-400-18300
Qualification & Experience A) Two years full time MBA, specializing in Human resource/ personnel management or MPM, or LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with at least 17 years Post qualification relevant experience preferably in a public sector organization, research & development institution body autonomous institution or large private institutions
B) LLM with 14 yrs. of relevant post qualification experience
in a public sector organization, research & development institution body autonomous institution or large private institutions
Age*: Below 45 years as on the last date of advertisement.
Transfer (absorption) Basis: Person from Central / State Government/PSUs/autonomous bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis
OR
Having 5 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-375-16500
Person from Central / State Government / PSUs / autonomous bodies possessing the qualifications and experience for direct recruitment specified above
Tenure of appointment: Not exceeding five years or till date of superannuation whichever is earlier.
Skill set:
  • Knowledge of all HR functions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate Training & Development function
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000-2000/PCMM systems.
  • Ability to organize and handle welfare and social activities.
Role:
  • Managing all HR functions
  • Handling HR MIS for personnel management and providing timely inputs for decision support.
  • Planning review and institutionalization of HR policies and systems
  • Overall supervision of Training and Development activities, both technical and soft
skills.
Planning quality systems in HR processes in keeping with the Quality policy.
Integrate HR activities with organizational R & D and business plans.

Name Of Post: Group Coordinator-Advance computing training school

Pay Scale: 14300-375-18300
Qualification & Experience
A) First class BE/B. Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with 12 years relevant experience in academic/Education & training field in ICT sector.
OR
B) Postgraduate in engineering/Technology (ME/M Tec) in relevant discipline with 10 years relevant experience in academic/Education & training field in ICT sector. .
OR
C) Ph.D. with 8 years relevant experience in academic/Education & training field in ICT sector.
Age* : Not more than 42 years as on the last date of advertisement.
Tenure of appointment: Not exceeding five years
Transfer (absorption) Basis: Person from Central / State Government/PSUs/autonomous bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis
OR
Having 5 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 12000-375-16500

Skill set:
In-depth knowledge of Education & training operations on large scale
Should be able to lead and handle administratively Education & training operations independently,
Business Development, Management of network of Education & training centers in India and abroad, exposure to International Projects
In-depth knowledge of various Information & Communication technologies/
Ability to manage strategy planning independently,
Possess an excellent peer network and rapport in Academia, R&D, Industry
Role: Executing and monitoring of the projects and other development or business activities and ensure that the technical, commercial and financial targets are met.
Screening Criteria:
In case of more applications, apart from above-mentioned criteria screening will be done based on relevance of experience and education from reputed institutions. In case of PhD, 3 years of relaxation in terms of experience may be given.
*Age Relaxation:
Applicants belonging to the reserved category / Govt. employees/physically challenged category would be eligible for relaxations according to the Government of India’s norms
Reservations will be applicable as per Government of India norms. Reserved category candidates need to submit the validity certificate of the caste at the time of interview, if called.
