Position : Data Entry Operator

The Ministry of Environment and Forests has established a Project Preparation Facility for thr prepration and implementation of the World bank assited Project on Costal Zone management. For this purpose application are invited from suitable candidates for the Post of Data Entry Operator on contract Basis till March, 2009.
They should enclose photocopies of relevant certificate in prooof of their educational qualifications and experience. Application received after the stipulated period will not be considered.

Terms of references
To assist the technical staff of the Project Preparation cell (PPC) in preparing reports, letters, documents etc.
File processing, documentation / dispatch
Assisting Technical staff and PPC activities.
Any other works of PPC.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Certificate course in basic computer operation and office tools including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet.
Desired:
Experience in office pertaining to documentation, online dictation and preparing other official letters on computer
Typing speed (50 wpm) diary and dispatch, noting , drafting and other correspondence work,
Short Hand.
