I'm an assistant manager, any interview tips for a manager interview?

I'm an assistant manager for a really big company, going for an interview for manager of a smaller company.

I'm younge and do not really have much managerial experience apart from the assistant manager experience.

Any tips on how to answer the question about my age? I know I'm more than capable of doing the job., it's just putting it into correct words! Thanks!

Managerial experience means having the knowledge and skills, ability to influence a team to get the job, and to do that, you need to have people-skills, have vision and goals, respect for others and for yourself.

If you have the above, why should age matter...naturally wisdom comes with age so how can anyone hold that against you.
