Job Interview Help?

Im being interviewed for a job at Stone Cold Creamery, i need some help regarding the interview or cold stone itself. Any tips will help

At times, you will encounter an employer/interviewer that seems to be very uptight (meaning they don't really crack smiles, seems uninterested from the start, act as though you're wasting their time..etc.). If you have such an interviewer at this interview, DO NOT become discouraged. It doesn't always mean you don't have the job. Try not knock yourself off focus. Make sure you dress accordingly. NEVER wear jeans nor tennis shoes. Rehearse common interview questions and answers (Why do you want to work for us?, How would you describe yourself?, What are your goals in life?, etc). Smile! Make eye contact! Know what you're talking about. If you have to think about the question, then by all means do so. 9 times out of time...at the end of the interview...if they say something like this, "I'm going to compare your application to other applicants and then see what I can do from there. I'd also have to see what I have available that fits you." More than likely you're not what they are looking for. It's a nice way of them rejecting you on the spot. Reviewing your application should have been done BEFORE they scheduled your interview. If this happens, don't worry. There are way better jobs out there! I wish you the best!!
