Have you ever had a conflict with a co-worker how will you answer that in interview. Usually I say there hasn't been a real conflict just had a difference in opinion about how a partial task should be handled. After talking to each other in professional we both agree to how it can be done.

You can use the difference of opionion example and explain it that way. "I haven't had any real conflicts, but I have had a difference of opinion on a few occasions". Then explain how you dealt with the difference of opinion. How did you solve it?

For somebody to answer they NEVER have a confict usually sounds like you are covering something and not being honest.

"I'm not a confrontational personality type. I would try to resolve the conflict one-on-one with the person first, and, if the disagreement escalates, I would ask for a mediation session with the office manager and that co-worker."
