Dress for a fancy interview?

Greetings my P&S Brothers and Sisters.

So, I have a really big interview in a few hours. Bartending gig at a really fancy, really private, really high end country club. The mayor of my city goes there... in the winter. That's how big.

So for dress atire, do I go coloured shirt and tie or white shirt and bow tie? It's the kind of place that requires a bow tie but is wearing that for the interview a good idea? As I see it, it's a good idea to dress as you would if you worked there.

i would go sirt and tie, bow ties look funny but the tie would be better.

I'd do the colored shirt and tie and act like you dress like that all the time. Just my opinion.
