 Well I can answer for me, but not for your. What are your strengths? I'm organized, take directions well, reliable (always get to work regularly and on time) respect authority, etc. etc. What are your weaknesses? I am not tolerant of people who gossip, fail to show respect for others, etc. etc. Just be honest, and list your strengths and your shortcomings. We all have both.      |
