What happens during a 2nd interview with a supervisor?

I have a 2nd interview today with a supervisor of a shoe company to be a sales associate...

what questions will i be asked??
my first interview i was questioned about my previous employer and why i want to work at the place by the store manager..

help/tips/experience! please!!!

2nd interviews are usually where they hire you. i'm sure they will just ask you the same questions again and make sure you are good fit for the company. good luck and congrats for making it the the second round.

Hello, friend.
I want to answer in the following way:
Despite being 18 years old man, I've got a large experience in interviews, I've been interviewed no less than 10 times in places like cafes, restaurants, McDonald's, stores and even investment banks, but all of the employers tend to ask just the same questions (the same questions, which you listed) .
And what I really understood is that you don't need any special preparations for interview, just be confident all the time, believe in yourself, have courage to come and to respond to any questions, be sure of yourself, and the success in interview will come very soon.
The only thing I would advise you on is to get known about the company you are applying for a little better, just:
its history, names of directors, what they do, how they work-- they would be very glad and proud of themselves if they heard flattering detailed narrative of their company, and will certainly recruit you.

This interview will be more challenging. They may ask you what you would do in hypothetical situations (i.e: if a customer does this, what would you do?), or ask you about your past acheivements, or possible what your worst failure was and how you dealt with it.
They want to get a better feel for what kind of person you are now that they think you can do the job. This interview is VERY important, but just relax and be yourself. If it was meant to be you will get the job.
