 Simultaneous H1 & H4 interview? My husband's H1b didn't get chosen in the lottery but mine did, I plan to have him apply H4 instead together w/ our child- would it lessen our chances to get approved if we go all together in one interview? Or is it better that I schedule each interview separately?      |
