Anyone had a phone interview with the recruitment agenecy 7hr?

I had a call from them, as they had seen my cv on a website and they have organised a phone interview with me on monday. Can anyone give me any hints and tips on what they will ask me and any other things that will help me with this phone interview. Thanks

A phone interview serves as a quick weeding of applicants. They will be looking for at phone demeanor (smile before you answer the phone and talk slowly and clearly!) your professionalism (like did you remove any outside distractions, do you recover if interrupted, stuff like that)

Also they will go over the basics of your resume, mainly covering potential resume "red flags" like gaps in job history, unstated gpa's with your schooling, reasons for leaving each job, quick talk about what you are looking for in your next job. The basics. Depending on how well it goes, the recruiter may fall back on the old standbys such as Where do you see yourself in 5 years, What is your greatest strength, What is your biggest weakness?
