My Resume software won't come back up?

I worked for two hours on my resume and i accidently closed it down and then when i hit the icon to bring it back up, my computer says....duplicate instance. and on the bottom it says invalid procedure call or argument. HELP!!!!

exit out of the program and then manually reopen the resume document
