 I read this in the paper the other day - Keep the acronym S.O.A.R. in mind when composing your highlights: Situation, Obstacle, Achievement, Result. Example: In 2007 I assisted homeless orphans raise funds to purchase suitable clothing so they could go back to school with confidence. Also, make sure to spell check whatever you submit.      |
