Interview through Video-conferencing is quite different from the one-to-one, in the sense that here though you are not closely monitored, the video would be projected in such a manner that they would be able to judge your confidence level easily. As it shows your full image.
What i suggest you is to have dressed as usual with free size of trouser and shirt, don't make your self uncomfort with bit tights here and there in your wearings, your sitting position is not to rigid (not too straight), since the interviews of abroad are also quite different from Indian interviews you could certainly relax but not over relax in your sitting style. One important thing in interviews that we need to take care of our facial expressions since it is not one-to-one this will project to others in a different manner( in case of you don't understand a Quest) please ask them to reply, but not Indian style of kyaaaa, HAA). best training would be to sit in front of the mirror and try introducing you yourself and know the SW (SWOT)

Good Luck
Sunil

Be sure to arrive early enough to ensure the equipment is working properly.

Don't move around, stay in the spot the camera can best view you.

Speak loudly and clearly.

It can be a bit uncomfortable, but after just a few minutes, you will fall in to a rhythm and it will feel more comfortable.

Because there is often a bit of lag between what you say and the actual transmission, don't try to be humorous. It's often lost and confused in the transmission. Possibly leading to a poor impression.

Best of luck.

hey "NITU" 1st of all best of luck for your interview hope you do well in your interview. Well talking about video conferencing you need to be very confident on the screen dressing is one of the important stuff which matters.
secondly you should have a check of your PC whether its working properly, you can even have good web conferencing software installed. One of the software which i use is www gomeetnow com/]GoMeetNow --- RHUB Hosted Web Conferencing Service

so do well buddy

best of luck once again !!!

If you are interviewing via your own PC equipment, then lighting is very important. You want bright diffuse lighting from multiple sources.
