| It depends on what kind of 'interview' you're going to.If you're going for a normal job interview,i strongly suggest you get a resume ready. This resume must include all your contact information, past job experience, all your qualifications and a brief summary of your job target. And when you create a resume and you're sending it by post or email, make sure you write a cover letter to introduce yourself to the employer.Just make sure this letter is not too long cause it could make the employer turn bored.Besides the resume,do remember to bring along some 'special' qualifications if you have some to show them why you're worthy of the job.If you are going to meet the employer face to face.Make sure that you put up a confident upfront and talk politely.Never ever be late for an interview!Be prepared to face some tough questions that the employers may ask.If you have no idea what to say, don't freeze, just act confidently and speak whatever you think it's appropriate. You must also dress for the job.For example,if it's an office job,try wearing suits and ties and not flip flops and t-shirts.When you are talking to the employer, make sure you do not interrupt him/her if they are talking.Show them that you are polite.Greet them and shake hands with them. These are the basics you need for a good first impression.Lastly, good luck for your interview.Remember to stay calm and before you know it,it all be over.

| write down all possible questions an employer may ask you such as ... Why do you want to work for us? Why are you leaving your current job? What can you bring to this job? etc. then have someone sit down with you and ask you all the questions - and you answer them how you are going to answer them to your future employer (hopefully =])

| The way I practice for an interview is ask a good friend to act as your boss and tell him to ask you very hard and thoughtful questions that the boss could ask so when you get in a tough situation or your nervous you can make a more effective answer. When you go into the interview, make sure your early, well groomed, well dressed (a suit), smell nice, and have bright teeth. Act nice but not desperate. Confident and goal-oriented. Good luck and you would do well!

| Practice your posture, grooming, and hand shake. Maybe read over your resume a few times and get ready to answer questions about your goals, what kind of worker you are, and things about your past jobs. Relax, be natural and look the person that's interviewing you in the eyes. Remember, if you don't feel comfortable, it's probably not the right place for you to work, so stay honest and look at it more of a mutual exploration to see if the job is a good fit or not. They are not judging you as a person, only a potential employee.
