Default Please suggest a simple working mathematics model for a class project for a 10

year old child.? The working model should be simple to construct, easy to understand, and informative and entertaining for children of this age group. Since it is part of a maths class, it should demonstrate something about this subject.

a basic model on pythagoreas theorem wud really be a relevant one

This suggestion may be of help:

Proving pythogorean theorem.
Side1 (square)+ side 2 (square)= Hypotenuse (square)
Prove this by Taking a cardboard and cutting a triangle of sides 3inch, 4inch and hypotenuse of 5 inch.
Now make 3 squares (of different colors)each of sides 3inch, 4 inch and 5 inch respectively.
Place them on the corresponding sides to prove the pythogorus theorem.
