Anyone knows this old Puzzle game's name?

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone knows the name of this Puzzle game, I had it a long time ago but I lost it (It's a long, sad story) but I need someone to tell me the name, Here's what I remember:

The objective of this game is to build something, each level has a different objective, like sometimes they ask you to get a ball to get inside a box, and they supply you with a few stuff like Pipes, ropes, Rubber bands etc...

The game is an oldie and its graphics are old style.

In the main menu the symbol of the game is a "Computer Geek" and his yellow cat, Like in the "New Game" Button you see the boy and the cat playing with the computer, The "Options Menu" Button is the cat holding a tool and fixing something etc...


So does anyone know the name of this game? If not can anyone recommend me a game of this type?
