| Ok...so I am just wondering, in your opinion, what would happen if an element with a very high polarity was mixed with and element of a lower polarity. What effects would the elements have on each other? What effects would this have on the dipole moments?

| Elements don't have polarity. You only get polarity when you have a covalent bond between atoms of different elements of different electronegativity. |
