What's the worst company that you've ever worked for, and why?

You don't have to name names I guess.

Mine would probably have to be Wal-Mart. WEIRD PLACE.

I can say negatives about almost any employer, but also some good things about most of them as well.

But, the worst job I ever had, had to be a hotel clerk. The boss didn't allow anyone to sub even to go to the bathroom, so I had to beg for someone from the restaurant to come and cover for me for just a minute.
The boss treated me as a total moron and got irate if there was anything less than perfection but also gave no training to achieve customer satisfaction.
The computers went down constantly and he would get upset because people's reservations were lost (he refused to pay anyone for programming so he tried to program it himself, so he was the one at fault).

The hotel is now out of business and torn down.

Possibly because the boss didn't know how to successfully run a business.
