No child left behind = Incompetent teachers

No child left behind is cutting funds that need to go to schools. When students are having problems in a school, and a program you have is cutting funds because of those problems, you cant expect very many competent teachers. Secondly, it takes actually being able to make a living to be in a job, and teachers are highly under paid for the position they are in.

A CEO that gets a pay raise while tanking the company is worse because a stupid law created by careless lawmakers didnt cause this, the CEO decided to screw people over.

Both have dire consequences. The CEO scenario is destroying the current US labor force. The incompetent teacher is destroying the future of this nation's children. Interestingly, both scenarios have a common thread, individuals who only care about themselves and not their responsibility for those under their influence
