The Better Business Bureau has a website where you can file complaints at www.bbbonline.com. They will send your complaint to the company and give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. If they don't, the complaint will stay on the BBB site for others to see. Good luck!

Sounds like you ought to get legal advice and also let your credit card company know that you were ripped off. No harm in reporting the company to whichever government department in your country that regulates companies and businesses, either.

contact the Better Business Bureau in your state and if they have a website....comment on it.....if you look up the business on Yahoo's Yellow Pages....you can write a review for the company there as well
