Bad antivirus company?

I need help. A virus invaded my computer. just as soon, I started receiving advertising from this "SecurePcCleaner". They even changed my desktop and insertesd a wallpaper with something like an atomic radiation sign in blood. And the banner: Your computer is in danger!". It's like they're telling me, download this product or will destroy you. What can I do?
P.S.: The trojan is called Looksky.
