 Why are all courier companies so hopelessly bad when it comes to deliveries? When i order groceries online i can specify an hour delivery slot in the evening or weekends, for delivery of a can of beans, for about £5. But when you're getting a £1000 sofa etc being delivered you have to stay in all day, they don't do evenings or weekends etc - it's like they're in the stone age. what's that about? why hasn't anyone thought of a more customer friendly alternative??      |
