Santa tells her that he is not a medical doctor, but PhD in Maths. But he will be glad to help her.

Write any three digit number-the difference in 1st & 3rd letters should be at least 2-(for example-You cant write 151 or 152)
Now reverse the number- ie for 351-write 153.
Subtract the smaller from larger number (351-153=198)
Now reverse the result (891)
Add the 2(198+891)
Multiply it by the age of this girl-She is 20 yr old (Read above)

Whatever will be result she has to use 2 times a day. So multiply the result by 2.
