    depends on the syllabus you're following and what you want to do in future... if you want to stick to a software job then go for whichever course offers more coding (make sure there's java and web programming like html, javascript etc)...
    CSE is more of a mix of software and hardware with more or less equal focus on both... from a purely personal perspective, I'd go in for CSE...

    there is only one comparison u can make bw them......
    cse is related only to software......where as IT it is related to both hardware and software.....so if u opt for IT u may have chance to get into either hardware or software......all d best.....

    Both are good, CSE has 3-4 four subjects different from ISE apart from that both are same almost same labs with one or two different labs.
