How is it the IT bussiness is Canada?

I have chances to open a new bussiness in CA?

It's a good idea?

And about Outsourcing Services? Canada have much companies of this??

I understand your communication problem. However, in Web design it is a must to be literate in any and all languages that you plan to come in contact with. Proper and accurate grammer and spelling is imperative or you will not be in business long. In this day and age a companies website is their first 'contact' with a potential customer. Information must be clear and concise. Their web page is their first impression to the world. I have found many errors on websites and I will not deal with these companies because if they cannot pay attention to detail at the fore front then they are not paying attention to their customer service.
