 why scientific developments depend not only on innovations in science but... ...also on technology and engineering? and why investment is crucial.Illustrate by focusing on one particular development. someone help me answer this question, will really appreciate it as i need it for my science coursework

| science may discover newtons laws, so that you could conclude scientifically that a rocket would work. but it requires engineering and technology to actually build that rocket so it flies.
