How can I connect my pc to motorola v360v phone using bluetooth technology?

I download the bluetooth software on my pc already but the computer is not recognising my phone as yet.

Check what kind of bluetooth connectivity you have on your phone. Unfortunately not all bluetooth phones are capable of conecting to your laptop. You do have to check. In case it doesnt try a usb cable.

well if the bluetooth is working on the laptop then go into your settings for bluetooth on your phone it should be under connections then select bluetooth then under setup select find me then on your laptop there should be an option for look for devices then it should find it as long as your phone is in discovery mode. hope this helps
