In my opinion you need to think twice before you opt the subjects you have mentioned. Biomedical technology is way away from your qualification as Ayurveda doctor and Bioinformatics is more of computer application and knowledge aquired either in Biotechnology or genetic engineering. Why don't you try getting in to an ayurvedic pharmaceutical company and do R&D. There is a lot of scope these days for Ayurvedic drugs being tested based on medical science or school medicine.
