    Default How much weight on average should i loose if i cut out all junk and train on...

     

    ...average for about an hour a day? Im a sprinter, 15 years old, average weight and height but need to loose weight in order to become better at my sport.

    it all depends-you will have horrible cravings if you cut out all junk food-its ok to have sum. just instead of eating the whole bag of whatever, just have a hand full! good for you for knowing to work out and eat better than to just starve your self! you need to know that you need to eat to lose weight. you need to increase your metabolism and starving yourself wont help. you need to lift weights to build muscle to burn fat. cardio 3-45mins 3-4 days a week and weight training 3-4 days a week as well. you need time for your body to rest. like i tell everyone else-go to your local gym and talk to a personal trainer!
