First riddle: What is so fragile that just saying something will break it?

Second riddle: You're driving a bus in New York. There are 32 people on the bus. On the first stop, 10 people get off and 15 get on. On the second stop, 2 people get off and 10 get on. On the third stop, 17 people get off and six get on. What color are the bus driver's eyes?

Third riddle (hard!): A man and two boys are at one side of the river. They have to get to the other side. There is only one boat, and it can hold either both boys OR the man. How can they cross the river safely?

I think the first two are relatively easy, but I took a while to figure out the last one...
