    Default At the time of interview, when employer asks me that "why you want to leave the...

    ...present job"? What should be my answer for this question? I dont how how to express my thoughts... just tell me in a good sentence... thanks.....

    sometimes its just good to be honest....but be careful never to criticize your current and past employer(s)

    While I enjoy working for XYZ Co., and have learned a great deal working for them, I really want to work for ABC Co. because ____ which is more in keeping with my long-term goals.

    work environment

    etc.

    you are looking for (pick one0
    a new challenge
    ability to use different job skills
    to move to another city (if you're moving)
    better work environment
    etc.
