need help

first, hello to everyone reading this, my problem is simple, i'm 2007 batch b.tech ece, with the problem 57% marks, that too i managed in 2009, i lagged in reliability for 3 semesters after 8th.

i have no experience, no good marks, and getting a job has become imperative to me.
no one reply my mails, i think after going through my resume, or what so ever. But people what i can boldly say is i'm not a poor one, just some other problems popped up and culminated in my today.
so what should i do now after wasting a great 2 years of my youth in nothing.
is there a place which can compromise with my academics, they not need to compromise with me as i wouldn't give a single chance to let go.
i'm candid in my question and expects the same, just don't abuse as i do to myself, that is very discouraging,
