Default College student trying to get enough rest as well as strength train?

Im 18 and now must adjust to a new college schedule which starts at 8am, I need to work out early in the morning because i will be to tired in the afternoons, the problem is sometimes i find myself still awake around 12 at night to then wake up around 530 to work out at the gym, i dont feel tired from not sleeping or anything but fear i will not get maximum strength this way, any suggestions or advise?
I would go to sleep sooner but by the time i finish all my daily activities it usually is around 12

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Go to bed sooner? Lack of sleep is a really bad thing if you make it a habit.
