| my workouts right now are: monday bench press, military press, lat pulldowns, barbell full squats and leg curls tuesday: barbell curls, lateral raise, tricep pulldown wednesday barbell step-ups, leg curls thursday: bench press, military press, lat pulldowns friday: bicep curls, lateral raise, tricep pulldown, barbell step-ups, leg curls saturday: rest sunday bench press, military press, lat pulldowns basically i do about 4x of upperbody per week and atleast 3x for lower body |
