Night training / sleep help with 2 year old.?

I recently potty trained my 2 year old son (went so amazingly well) but he night trained himself too. I really wanted to just keep him in a diaper at night, but he has been waking up to go pee pee. Anyway, he now wakes at 3 am to go! Once he is awake enough to know he has to go, he is up for good. I can't take it! I am so tired. He has had sleep disorders in the past and really needs his 12 hours sleep to function and learn properly, but his little body just can't go that long without going to the bathroom. What should I do? I am exhausted, and he is having a really hard time getting through the day also.
