EV Training???

can i give ten of each vitamins to my darkrai which is lvl 50 and will the vitamins effect or will it end up the same as it will at lvl 100/?does it help om EV trainng?

vitamins help with ev raining but they do not help as much as battling.
Example. If I give 5 Proteins to my Salamence it will increase its attack stat by one when it gets to level 100.
If I battle 4 Bidoofs with my Salamence it will increase its attack stat by one when it reaches level 100.
So in theory it is easier to use vitamins but it is more effective to battle.
