I just finished my first week in the insurance industry so I know exactly what you are going through. They will ask you a lot about being a part of team and what it is like to work for others. In insurance there is no end all goal- the work never stops because people never stop getting hurt or into accidents. That is why insurance will never run out of business. They will also ask you why you are a good fit for the company. It is important to be honest with them and tell them about your strengths and what you can add to the team. Without letting them ask the next question( what are some of your weaknesses) tell them when you talk about your strengths and they will see that you are not stuck up and realize that you are not perfect. Tell them that you see these weaknesses as opportunities for sucess and learning.

First of all the majority of the positions at AllState and State Farm etc... they interview in groups. It's not just you. You watch a movie that feels like an eternity wondering when the heck it will ever end... then more babble (like a conference), etc... I would do a little research if I were you regarding employee complaints working for this insurance company. Trust me you may change your mind.
