how do i prepare for a 'trainee manager' interview..all r graduates like me,

but what will make me stand out i have an interview for a trainee manager role. im a fresh graduate like everyone else who will come to the interview..so what will make me stand out from the crowd? any1 has mnagerial experience tell me what i should say, cos i havent had any management experience before. should i show them some leadership skills?
