yes, you can get some online tutuions with the experience and certification you are having. But, you have to get an authorised certification asap.

I think you should go to a reputable university (not on-line classes) and have them help sort this out. They can tell you what classes you need to take and anything else you need to do to be certified teacher.

Substituting means nothing to a real certification.
