Please help anyone who know Hughes' campus training programme!!!?

Hello Sir/Ma'am
I am in my final year Engineering (Electronics&Commn) Bangalore.A Co called Hughes came for campus placement in our college.But instead of offering jobs directly like other companys it has selected some students including me and have said that they gonna teach us for 3 months,(which they say is eqivalent to ccna and we can get the certificate any yime we wish of ccna) ,about their industry requirements and then in the end they gonna take exams and select students and not in the main Hughes Co but in their partner Cos in India (Tulip etc). So I am really very confused wether should i take their training for which I will have to pay Rs13000 and God knows wether they will absorb me at the end of the course or not. If any one who have any idea about this kind of programe then kindly help.
