Both the options you've mentioned in your question are good...but the only thing that will get you success is which field you're more interested in!! If you can work well in a team its well and good you can join a good job...if you think you are capable of imparting good knowledge to others you can go ahead and open a tuition centre...in the latter case you wont be able to go abroad unless you open up a personality development institute...All the Best
